  • Mikela Trigilio, Central Bank of Ireland
    Mikela Trigilio joined the Central Bank of Ireland as Authorisations Manager for the Payments & Electronic Money Team in the Consumer Protection Directorate. Previously, she worked as a consultant and practitioner in the FinTech and regulatory compliance sectors covering blockchain technology, cross-border and peer-to-peer payments, microfinance, social entrepreneurship, and small business development.

  • Mai Santamaria, Department of Finance
    Mai Santamaria leads the Financial Advisory team, part of the Shareholding and Financial Advisory Division in the Department of Finance. The team’s key objective is to keep abreast with technology and business innovations to assess potential impacts on consumers and the economy. She has led the department's Working Group on virtual assets and blockchain since its creation and has represented Ireland at EU, OECD and G20 blockchain related roundtables and forums.

  • Hesus Inoma, Grant Thornton
    Hesus is an Associate Director in Grant Thornton’s Financial Services Advisory practice and leads the team’s FinTech service offering. He joined Grant Thornton in 2019, having previously worked in a number of large Financial Services firms and having recently exited his own award winning international FinTech business.
  • Nilixa Devlukia, open banking and payments expert
    Nilixa is an independent consultant, experienced public speaker and Head of Regulatory at the UK Open Banking Implementation Entity. Prior to this Nilixa was at the Financial Conduct Authority as the policy lead on all EU payments related matters and in particular the negotiation and transposition of PSD2 . More recently Nilixa has been working with the EBA, ECB, European Commission and EU regulators, publishing the EBA Consultation on the Guidelines for an exemption under the RTS and leading work on eIDAS certificates.

  • Siobhain Colborne, Operations Support Manager, Payments & FX, Fexco
    Siobhain is the Operations Support Manager in Fexco. Her primary role is to ensure her team is proactive in managing the day to day global operations and SLA adherence across a wide range of Payments & FX global products many of which require the highest level of service availability and real-time processing. Siobhain is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and is proud to be one of the founding members of the Fexco Women In Payments Network.
